Overcoming Rock Bottom
Over the last ten years, I’ve stolen money, cheated on partners, lied to people I loved, and sold sex for cash. I numbed out with weed and screens.
But I wasn't born like this. No one is.
I became those things to survive — without support, without direction, and carrying trauma I didn’t know how to name.
After enough close calls and heartbreak, I knew something had to change. I threw myself into therapy, recovery work, and writing. I wrote three memoirs. I learned to sit with discomfort instead of running from it. Eventually, I found psychedelic therapy.
In a few years, I overcame the social anxiety that kept me isolated, rebuilt trust with my family, and quit letting addiction drive my choices. I was even able to support my father during his final months battling cancer.
That's what I bring to my work now. Not just techniques, but lived experience.
If you’re stuck in a story that no longer fits, I’ll meet you where you are. You don’t have to do it alone.
